Río Puelo

In the middle of a glacier valley, Río Puelo is born in Lake Puelo, in the province of Chubut, Argentina; And flows into the Pacific Ocean in the commune of the same name. Famous for being one of the destinations in the south of Chile for fishing, especially salmon.

Puelo river is a bi-national fluvial course, since it is born in the Puelo Lake, in the Lago Puelo National Park, in the northwest of the province of Chubut, in the Argentina, and flows into the Pacific Ocean, in the middle part of the Reloncaví estuary, in the town of Río Puelo, east of the city of Puerto Montt, in the Los Lagos Region of Chile.
